Description
This is a ready-to-use, multipurpose polyurethane foam characterized by its high expansion capability. It can be applied for insulation and filling large joints, seams, and cracks, such as gaps between walls, windows, doors, and hard-to-reach areas.
Product Specifications:
- Good Expansion and Filling Capabilities: Effectively fills large gaps and joints.
- Compatible Substrates: PU foam can be applied to UPVC, construction materials, brick, block work, glass, steel, aluminum, wood, and other substrates (excluding PP, PE, and Teflon).
- Application Temperature: Ranges from +5°C to +35°C, with optimal conditions between +18°C to +25°C.
- CFC-Free: Free of chlorofluorocarbon compounds.

- Filling and sealing gaps, joints, openings, and cavities.
- Installing and insulating door and window frames.
- Insulating electrical outlets and water pipes.
- Bonding insulation materials and ceiling construction.
- Adhesion and assembly tasks.
- Packaging purposes, wrapping valuable and fragile goods, vibration-resistant and pressure-resistant.
- Thermal, cold, and sound insulation.
Storage:
Store for 12 months in an unopened container at temperatures between +5°C to +25°C. Keep in a cool, shaded, and well-ventilated area. Always store the can with the valve facing upward.
Directions:
- Shake the aerosol can for at least 40 seconds.
- Clean and moisten surfaces using a water spray before application.
- Attach the gun or straw to the adapter. Secure the can tightly on the adapter and turn the flow control screw.
- Fill holes and gaps about 50% full, as the foam will expand. Apply from the bottom to the top during application.
- The foam will be free of tackiness in about 10 minutes.
- Excess foam can be trimmed in about 20 minutes.
